高压电能表失压追补电量方法的研究

    摘要:

    失压是电能表计量故障的一种常见情况。失压状态下,电能表对应计量元件无法正常工作,导致整体计量失准,少计部分电量。常见的追补电量计算方法有电量比和电流比2种估算方法,但估算结果误差较大。提出一种新的追补电量方法:通过读取电能表内部数据,获得更为准确的电量计算结果。实验证明,该方法在三相电压均衡的情况下,可以实现接近100%的准确率。此外,该方法还可应用于电能表屏显故障时的结度工作。目前,该方法已成功应用于国网天津城西供电公司计量相关工作。

    Abstract:

    Voltage loss is a common condition of the metering failure of the electric energy meter. Under the condition of voltage loss, the energy meter can not work properly, resulting in the overall measurement loss and less power. There are two methods for calculating the make?up electric power, namely the power ratio and current ratio calculation method, but due to the large error of the estimation results, the work cannot be carried out smoothly. A new method for the make?up electricity is proposed, which can realize more accurate power calculation results by reading the internal data of the electricity meter.The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve the accuracy of nearly 100% in the case of three?phase voltage balance.In addition, the method proposed can also be applied to the electric quantity settlement of the power meter screen.At present, this method has been successfully applied to the metrology related work of State Grid Tianjin Chengxi Power Supply Company.
