电能表时钟异常的产生机制、相关技术参数、主站远程对时、现场掌机对时等几个方面分析电能表时钟异常的原因，针对性提出电能表时钟异常的处理程序与方法。

Abstract:

From the aspect of generation mechanism, related technical parameters, main station remote time checking, on-site handheld time checking for the abnormal watt-hour meter clock , the article analyzed the reasons of abnormal watt-hour meter clock , provided processing program and methods targeted at abnormal watt-hour meter clock.
