摘要:

对目前城乡配电网中普遍存在的三相不平衡问题，分析了现状与成因，对比了现阶段主要解决方案的特点，介绍了电能质量综合优化装置(MEC)原理及其在实际台区的应用效果。

Abstract:

In view of the present three-phase imbalance in urban and rural distribution network, the paper analyzed the present situation and the causes, compared the characteristics of the current main solution.This paper introduced the power quality comprehensive optimization principle and its application in the actual area of the device.
