Under the background of electrical energy alternative, this paper proposes a solution that uses electric cookers in place of gas cookers.According to different categories of users, this paper uses a relatively simple calculation method to measure the alternative space, and conducts a feasibility analysis.Finally, this paper does a calculation with the actual situation of Gansu Province as a numerical example.We hope to provide some reference for electric power alternation program.
