结了“十二五”时期我国电力需求侧管理工作的现状及成效，分析了电力需求侧管理面临的新形势和新机遇，提出了关于“十三五”时期电力需求侧管理工作思路的具体建议。

Abstract:

This paper summarizes the current situation and effect of DSM work in China during the 12th Five Year Plan period, analyzes the new situation and new opportunities in the DSM work and puts forward suggestions about the work approaches of DSM during the 13th Five Year Plan period.
