| 信息技术革命和能源革命对传统电网企业转型发展提出了更高的要求。平台型企业为省级电网公司转型发展、开拓综合能源服务等新兴业务指明了方向。电网公司平台型转型不仅需要实体物理平台的支撑，也需要公司运营模式平台化的变革。基于阿里巴巴电商平台、GE Predix平台等互联网公司的平台探索实践，提炼互联网背景下平台建设的典型架构和发展思路，总结出一种适合省级电网公司发展基础的综合能源服务平台发展模式，为加快推进省级电网公司向平台型企业转型，最终构建共建共享的能源生态圈提供有力支撑。 |

| The information technology revolution and the energy revolution have placed higher requirements on the transformation of traditional power grid enterprises. The building of platform-based enterprises pointed out the direction for the development of provincial-level power grid companies and the further steps of integrated energy services. The platform - based transformation of grid companies requires the support of the real platforms as well as the shift of company’s operating mode to platforming. Based on the platforming exploration and practice of Internet companies such as Alibaba E-commerce platform and GE Predix platform, the typical architecture and development blueprint of platform construction under the background of the Internet are summarized, a development model of integrated energy service platform which is suitable for the development of provincial grid companies is explored. And the transformation of provincial power grid companies to platform-based enterprises is pushed, and ultimately strong support for the construction of a shared energy ecosystem is provided. |
