| As an important carrier of urban carbon emissions, the zero carbon transformation of office parks has direct significance in mitigating climate issues. As a complex systematic project, the implementation path of zero carbon office parks is still in the exploratory stage, generally facing core challenges such as lack of top-level design, imperfect trading mechanisms, and immature technology industries. Based on this, firstly, by analyzing the energy consumption and carbon emission characteristics of the park, the carbon emission boundary of the park is determined, and a scientific carbon emission accounting system for the park is proposed. Subsequently, in response to the multi domain collaborative needs of zero carbon office park construction, a zero carbon implementation path was proposed, with the energy sector as the core and smart digitization as the means of multi domain integration. Finally, taking an office park in northern China as an example, the feasibility of the implementation path proposed in this article was verified from the perspectives of economy and feasibility. |
