双碳战略目标的落地实施需要实现用户侧碳排放的精确计量。现有的碳计量方法受制于客观条件的限制更多地聚焦于发电侧而忽略了社会生产消费行为对碳排放的影响。电力需求侧的能源消费行为需要颗粒度更精细的碳计量装置及平台实现碳的实时追踪与溯源。对此将碳价值的时变性与无偏性纳入到实际碳计量工作中,实现油、电、气等综合能源的碳流量的在线精确刻画。通过构建碳减排量计算模型和碳排放激励模型,形成对用户侧碳排放价值的衡量标尺。开发了一套完整的碳计量装置与平台,利用采集到的实时碳数据主动控制与引导用户选择更低碳的生产经营活动,实现低碳需求响应。经过在某企业半年多的运行监测与改造验证了所开发碳计量装置及平台的实用性。 |

The implementation of the strategic objectives of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality requires the accurate measurement of user side carbon emissions. Limited by objective conditions, the existing carbon measurement methods focus more on the power generation side but ignore the impact of social production and consumption behavior on carbon emissions. The energy consumption behavior on the power demand side requires more elaborate carbon metering devices to realize real-time tracking and traceability. The time- varying and unbiasedness of carbon value are brought into the actual carbon measurement to realize the real-time measurement of carbon emission on the user side. A complete set of carbon metering device and platform has been developed to actively control and guide users to choose lower carbon production and business activities by using the collected real-time carbon data. After more than half a year of monitoring, operation and reform of an enterprise, the practicability of the developed carbon metering device and platform is verified. |
