鉴于需求响应是影响电力系统时序生产模型综合经济性的关键因素。从电力系统生产模拟的角度出发,将负荷划分为居民负荷和工业负荷,并分析了各自在需求响应中的角色与价值。根据当前国内部分省份制定的需求响应补贴政策,提出了工业负荷和居民负荷在需求响应中的优化配比方法。以我国东部某省远景目标年为场景,以经济性为目标对该省电力系统进行了时序生产模拟。结果表明所提方法能有效减少需求响应的补贴成本,为含需求响应的电力系统的运行模拟问题提供了有力的分析工具。 |

In view of the demand response (DR) is a key factor that affects the comprehensive economics of the power system time series production model. From the perspective of power system production simulation, the load is divided into residential load and industrial load, and their respective roles and values in demand response are analyzed. Based on the current demand response subsidy policies formulated by some provinces in China, the optimal proportioning method of industrial load and residential load in demand response is established. Taking the long -term target year of a province in eastern China as a scenario, a time-series production simulation of the province’s power system is conducted with the goal of economy. The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the subsidy cost of demand response,which provides a powerful analysis tool to The operation simulation problem of the power system with DR. |
