      针对储能电池参与电网调频时的容量配置问题,提出一种优化配置方法。综合考虑了储能电池的各项成本以及参与调频时可获得的收益,并且引入了储能电池的容量保持率模型,利用数值拟合的方法对不同放电深度给储能电池循环寿命造成的影响进行了定量分析与计算;同时基于区域控制误差信号,以储能运行特性和电网调频需求为约束条件,获取储能电池在调频过程中的出力序列,以此对储能的功率容量和能量容量进行优化配置。最后利用实际电网数据进行仿真验证,对不同放电深度下储能配置的技术与经济特性进行了对比分析,给出了使整体经济性最优的储能放电深度。仿真结果表明,所提配置方法可以灵活协调储能配置方案的经济性与技术性。
英文摘要:
      An optimal allocation method is proposed to solve the capacity allocation problem of energy storage batteries participated in power grid frequency regulation. Considering the various costs of energy storage and the benefits that can be obtained, the capacity retention rate model of energy storage is established. The influence of different depth of discharge on the cycle life of energy storage is analyzed and calculated using numerical analysis method. Based on the area control error signal, the power output sequence of the energy storage is obtained taking the energy storage operation characteristics and grid frequency regulation demand as constraints, so as to optimize the allocation of the power capacity and energy capacity of energy storage. Finally, the actual grid data are used to simulate and verify the technical and economic characteristics of energy storage allocation under different depth of discharge. The optimal depth of discharge for the overall economy is given. The results show that the proposed allocation method can flexibly coordinate the economy and technology of energy storage allocation scheme.
