      随着电力市场建设的深入,抽水蓄能等主体参与现货市场或辅助服务市场已成为可能。在环保考核、清洁能源全消纳等政策驱动下,抽水蓄能机组具备了发挥市场力的空间。分析了高比例间歇能源波动、设备故障、负荷大范围波动、大型机组爬坡较慢等现代电网现实问题,明晰了分布式抽水蓄能系统产生市场力的典型情境和具体机理。基于最优潮流和概率方法,对分布式抽水蓄能系统的市场力进行量化评估。
英文摘要:
      With the development of electricity market, it is possible for pumped storage units to participant in spot market or auxiliary service market. Driven by policies such as environmental assessment and clean energy consumption, pumped storage units have space to exert their market power. The problems such as high proportion of intermittent energy fluctuations, equipment failures,large fluctuations in load, and slow climb of large units are analyzed.Thetypicalscenariosandmechanismof the distributed pumpedstorages’market power are clarified. Based on the optimal power flow and probability methods, the market power of the distributed pumpedstoragesystemisquantitativelyevaluated.
