      针对如何引导电动汽车进行有序充放电以实现削峰填谷的问题,提出了基于综合指标的电动汽车峰谷电价时段优化模型。在分别构建了基于出行习惯的无序充放电模型与基于峰谷电价时段的有序充放电模型的基础上,提出了包括峰谷差率改善度、用户用电方式满意度在内的综合指标为优化目标的数学模型,采用遗传算法得到了最优峰谷电价时段设置方案。算例验证表明,该方案能够在保证用户用电方式满意度的同时,达到减小电网负荷峰谷差的作用。
英文摘要:
      An optimization model of peak valley price interval of electric vehicles based on comprehensive index is presented considering the problem of guiding the orderly charging and discharging of electric vehicles to reduce the peak valley difference.A random charging and discharging model based on travel habits and an orderly charging and discharging model based on peak valley price time interval are respectively established, based on which, an optimization model is proposed whose optimization objective considers both peak valley difference improvement and users’satisfaction of power consumption mode. An optimal peak valley price time interval scheme is obtained using genetic algorithm. An example shows that the scheme obtained can guarantee users’satisfaction while reducing the peak valley difference.
